Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager to join our team at the Vile Parle main branch. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient relationships, improve patient retention, and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints using the LeadSquared CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize patient engagement and retention.
Monitor and analyze patient data to identify trends and insights, and use these to drive targeted marketing and communication efforts.
Manage the LeadSquared CRM system, ensuring data integrity, and providing training and support to staff as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized patient communications and campaigns within LeadSquared.
Handle patient feedback, concerns, and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Conduct regular reviews of CRM processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up care.
Generate and present reports on CRM activities and patient satisfaction metrics to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and patient care, particularly within the LeadSquared platform.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
Proficiency in using LeadSquared CRM software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
A patient-centric approach and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
