Develop and implement CRM strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Utilize CRM tools and systems to create personalized customer journeys, including email campaigns, SMS notifications, and targeted offers. 3. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement and upselling. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align CRM strategies with business objectives. 5.
