CRM Manager Location: Sector 22 Dwarka, New Delhi Salary: Up to 50,000 Experience: 2 to 4 Years Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our commerce courses and assess their needs.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses and overcome objections to secure sales appointments.
- Build rapport with prospects through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their goals.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Provide timely and relevant information to prospects to address inquiries and objections.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to ensure efficient workflow and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team the sales process and achieving revenue targets.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, cold calling, or telemarketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- CRM Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
