Vacant Position: CRM & Logistics Executive Location: Kolkata Industry Type: Paints Manufactures Education: 10+2 /Any Graduate Experience: 5 years above Salary: Negotiable Notice Period: As soon as Possible Responsibility: \xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing and managing storage and distribution of goods. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. \xc2\xb7 Develop an efficient plan to manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation of goods \xc2\xb7 Comply and be up-to-date with laws and regulations \xc2\xb7 Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Liaise and negotiate with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers \xc2\xb7 Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. \xc2\xb7 Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. \xc2\xb7 Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. \xc2\xb7 Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. \xc2\xb7 Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. \xc2\xb7 Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
