Following up with Leads.
Ensuring Service delivery on time.
Observe and Facilitate the entire sales cycle.
Explaining about the service and its USP to the respective clients.
Grievance / Complaints Handling.
Providing best experience to the customer.
Any other relevant duty assigned by the respective manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
A Bachelors/Masters Degree with at least 60 % marks (students who are currently pursuing their Degree can also apply).
Students Currently Pursuing their degree : Will only be eligible for Internship for the given time duration.
Students in the final semester or who have completed their degree : Will be eligible for a Full-Time Offer only after successful completion of the internship.
Strong command over English and Hindi and a regional language both verbal and written.
Excellent coordination skills to effectively communicate between the relevant stakeholders like vendors/clients, partners and the management team.
Sound Knowledge of Tourist Destinations Domestic/International will be an added advantage.
An organised and a focused individual who can solve potential problems proactively.
