Goldenlion Consulting Pvt ltd. is looking for the right candidate for the position of Zoho CRM Implementation Consultant for the business solutions division at GoldenLion. The business solutions division is responsible for helping customers implement business process automation solutions to improve process efficiency. These include implementing industry-specific CRM solutions built on the Zoho platform and other process automation solutions. Work mode: hybrid/onsite Salary: Best in the Industry #Place of Work - Kolkata (preference given to people in and around West Bengal) Eligibility Criteria 6 months - 2 years experience as a CRM consultant Successful track record of implementing CRM solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in Zoho CRM will be an added advantage Prior experience in HTML, and CSS is required Responsibilitiess Interact with customers to understand their business process Prepare a solution plan to meet the needs of the customer Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers\' business process Conduct 3rd party integration with other ZOHO suite of applications Manage the expectations of the customer to ensure project success Conduct personalized user training Create walk-through videos Company Website : https://www.glionconsulting.com/ Interested candidates, please send CV at [HIDDEN TEXT] or DM.
