Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
• User Support: Provide training and support to users, addressing any issues and ensuring effective usage of the CRM platform.
• Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to generate reports, insights, and recommendations to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Customization and Integration: Customize CRM workflows, fields, and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business. Integrate CRM with other systems and tools.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM processes, user guides, and system updates.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding customer data.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with data management and data migration processes.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and practices is a plus.
