Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated female candidates with CRM experience from the hospitality and hotel management sectors. Your excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset will be essential in supporting our CRM team and enhancing customer interactions in the aluminum industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction Support:
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring clarity and a positive customer experience.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve service delivery.
CRM System Assistance:
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM tools and features to enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead management and follow-up initiatives.
• Support the organization of marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
Sales and Marketing Support:
• Contribute to developing effective customer engagement strategies tailored to the industry.
• Participate in market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Learning and Development:
• Engage in training sessions to enhance CRM skills and stay informed about industry trends.
• Work on special projects that foster personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Languages:
• Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, English, and Odia.
Experience:
• 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or CRM, preferably from the hospitality or hotel management sectors. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
