Key Responsibilities:
• To solve queries regarding the products through tele talk and convert them into buyers.
• Inform customers about product & services.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• To get in touch with the customer for the feedback .
• Support the team in creating reports and analysing data.
• CRM involves quickly and effectively identifying the root cause of a customer's problem, and providing creative solutions.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Very good spoken/written ENGLISH, confident with customer facing roles.
• Basic knowledge of computers (excel/ google sheets).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
