Job Summary: The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with internal teams to implement changes based on client feedback.
• Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any concerns.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
• Provide clients with updates on new products, services, and company developments.
• Prepare and present reports on client relations activities and outcomes.
