Preferred Gender: Females Key Responsibilities: Handle both inbound and outbound calls for real estate customers.
Address customer queries effectively over the phone.
Cultivate and maintain profitable customer relationships through follow-up calls.
Provide detailed explanations of properties to customers.
Invite clients for site visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with team members. Required Skills: Open to Freshers or individuals with a minimum of one year of experience.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Excellent fluency in English.
Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
