Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email and Call, providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat ,email and Call, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, order inquiries, and general inquiries about our company policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolution of customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
