Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients with booking new services
• Client relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction in a timely & professional manner.
• Providing clients with necessary information on our products/services
• Prompt in Follow ups.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Making sure that all services and products are delivered to clients as per our packages.
• Handling inquiries received from different media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Website etc.,
Requirements:
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette & active listening abilities.
• Should have experience in Call centre
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as a CC
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a skincare or dermatology setting.
• Female candidates are preferrable.
