The CRM Executive will play a critical role in the real estate company by preparing and managing sales deeds and agreements of sale. This position involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, compliant with legal standards, and aligned with company policies. The CRM Executive will also maintain strong client relationships to facilitate smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize sales deeds and agreements of sale, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify details regarding agreements and transactions.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all documents comply with local regulations and legal standards, coordinating with legal teams as needed.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all agreements and transactions within the CRM system, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely preparation and execution of agreements, supporting the overall sales process.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to agreements and deeds in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on transaction statuses, pending agreements, and client feedback for management review.
