Roles and Responsibilities:

Possess excellent business communication skills, both oral and written.

Demonstrate a highly energetic, helpful, and cordial approach, meeting customer requirements with ease.

Exhibit a pleasing personality for effective customer interaction.

Create a delightful customer experience during the onboarding process for new clients.

Have thorough knowledge of real estate processes and the customer lifecycle from start to finish.

Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management and supervisors.

Coordinate efficiently with channel partners, internal teams, and other departments.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, messages, and other communication channels.

Prepare agreements, demands, NOCs, and other related documents.

Manage the possession process effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

In-depth knowledge of the customer lifecycle process in the real estate industry.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
