We are seeking a results-driven CRM Executive [FEMALE] with 2-3 years of experience in managing inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CRM systems, particularly Zoho, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships and enhance retention.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, earning incentives based on performance.
• Utilize Zoho CRM to track customer interactions, update lead information, and manage sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and optimize customer journeys.
• Provide timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive additional sales.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and improve sales strategies.
• Report on sales performance and key metrics, providing regular updates to management.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on lead conversion to sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a performance-based incentive structure.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
