Job Description

A CRM Technical role in the construction sector involves responsibilities for coordinating site visits, providing timely updates on flat status, and managing interactions between clients, interior vendors, and site teams during the handover stage. These responsibilities ensure that clients are well-informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout the construction process and that their needs and expectations are met efficiently at each stage. Effective management of these responsibilities enhances client trust and satisfaction and ultimately supports the reputation and success of the construction company.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

SITE VISIT SCHEDULING: Coordinate directly with clients to arrange site visits at mutually convenient times, while ensuring that these schedules align with the construction project timeline.

PRE-VISIT COMMUNICATION: Provide clients with detailed information prior to their visit, such as directions, safety guidelines, and on-site contact details. This ensures clients are

fully prepared for their visit and are aware of any safety protocols.

PROJECT PROGRESS INFORMATION: Share relevant updates about the construction stage or recent progress. Highlight areas of interest or milestones completed since their last visit to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

CLIENT FEEDBACK GATHERING: Collect feedback from clients during or after site visits, addressing any immediate concerns and noting areas for improvement or specific client preferences.

REGULAR UPDATES OF FLAT STATUS: Providing regular updates on flat status is critical for keeping clients informed and satisfied throughout the construction process.

CLIENT QUERY MANAGEMENT: Respond promptly to any client questions regarding the status of their flat. Coordinate with site teams to provide accurate, up-to-date responses.

ISSUE ESCALATION AND RESOLUTION: Address any reported delays or issues by working with the site team to understand the cause and implement solutions, ensuring clear communication with the client throughout.

INTERIOR HANDOVER STAGE

SCHEDULING WORK AND INSPECTIONS: Coordinate with both the interior vendor and the on-site team to schedule work, inspections, and client walk-throughs during the interior installation phase.

INSPECTION MANAGEMENT: Organize inspections at each key stage of the interior work (e.g., after flooring, painting, and fittings), ensuring alignment with project plans and client expectations.

CLIENT HANDOVER PREPARATION

FINAL TOUCH-UPS : Coordinate with vendors and site teams to complete final touch-ups, cleaning, and setup in preparation for the handover.

POST-HANDOVER SUPPORT: Set up a follow-up system to address any client feedback after handover and to arrange any necessary modifications or touch-ups during the post-handover period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,326.74 - ?30,697.90 per month
