Handling inbound & outbound customer calls

Updating & managing customer records in CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Following up on leads & tracking customer interactions

Resolving queries & escalating issues when required

Executing telecalling campaigns for sales & support

Generating call reports & customer engagement insights

Skills & Requirements



CRM Expertise:

Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot (Preferred)

Communication

: Strong verbal & written skills

Technical Skills:

CRM usage, call tracking, and MS Office

Experience:

Customer service, telecalling, or sales

Other Requirements:

Ability to multitask, problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
