Job Summary
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement. The role involves implementing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and executing strategies to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Address customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• CRM System Management:
• Manage and maintain the CRM software to track customer interactions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
• Train and assist team members in using the CRM system effectively.
• Customer Engagement and Retention:
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
• Implement customer retention programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends and insights.
• Generate regular reports on customer metrics.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to align customer-related activities.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across touchpoints.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and workflows.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role in automobile field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Word).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
