Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain customer relationships through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, including updates on interactions and feedback.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance metrics.
Skills Required :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service or CRM roles is a plus but not mandatory.
