Job Summary: The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve business relationships with customers, drive sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM software, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize customer interactions and experiences.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices and usage.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and industry trends.
