Graduate with good communication skills in EnglishJob Role:Maintaining customer records by updating account information in the system.Keeping record of customer interaction.Handling each and every post sales activityEnsure payment follow ups are done timely manners as per timeline given & task assignedCall customers for payment, reminder needs to be sent by email, followup should be doneIssuing Receipts to CustomersSending demand letters as per slab and taking follow up for payment.Stage wise recovery of the sold unit.Attending customers who visit HO with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query.Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progressJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per monthSchedule:
