Position Summary:
The CRM and MIS Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, as well as overseeing the development, implementation, and reporting of Management Information Systems (MIS). This role combines strategic oversight of customer data management and the provision of accurate business intelligence to support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM software, data analysis, and reporting processes to ensure data-driven insights and enhanced customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• CRM System Management:
• Administer, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform (e.g., sell do, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to ensure it supports business objectives.
• Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the CRM system.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM by regular audits and validations.
• Customer Data Analysis:
• Analyze customer data, segmentation, and behaviors to develop strategies for improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Monitor customer lifecycle stages and develop strategies to enhance customer experience and increase lifetime value.
Management Information Systems (MIS): Proficient in Excel
• Data Reporting & Analysis:
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze business data from various sources (sales, customer service, operations, etc.) to create accurate and comprehensive reports.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
• Data Visualization:
• Develop dashboards and visual reports to present business performance, trends, and forecasts in a user-friendly manner.
• Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to create interactive reports for various departments.
• Business Intelligence & Decision Support:
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making across business functions.
• Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
• System Integration & Maintenance:
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM, ERP, and other business systems to streamline data flow and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure alignment of CRM and MIS objectives with broader business goals.
• Support cross-functional projects that involve data management, reporting, or customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM management and MIS reporting roles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in CRM and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
