Crm Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in developing and executing CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze customer data and create insightful reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of customer data and segmentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
