Job Description

We are looking for CRM Executive/ Real Estate position based in Jalandhar, Punjab will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships in the real estate sector. This role involves using CRM software to track client interactions, support sales efforts, and ensure the successful completion of real estate transactions.

Knowledge in advance excel is must familiar with V,H & X Lookup, If query function, etc. formulae's in excel. Female candidate will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and update CRM system with client information
• Track and analyze client interactions and data
• Support real estate agents with client relationship management
• Develop strategies to improve customer engagement
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
• Provide training and support on CRM best practices
• Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce , or related field
• 3-5 Experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management in any industry
• Strong in handling bulk data
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
