Job Description

We're looking for someone with strong full stack experience in design, develop and implement high-quality CRM applications and platform solutions. You'll design, develop and deploy applications capable of meeting and exceeding the anticipated load, performance and availability volumes, including load balancing, performance testing. You'll also need to be able to implement CRM applications. such as: Zoho(Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Pagesense, Zoho Survey, Zoho Mail, Zoho One, Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk and Go high level, Plugins and workflows and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within CRM and ERP systems.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and integrations for CRM and ERP platforms.
• Customize and configure CRM and ERP systems to meet specific business needs, including workflows, user interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM and ERP systems, including data quality, performance, and integration issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and ERP development and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.
