As we expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a CRM Executive on a part-time basis.

: As a CRM Executive at Tin Whistle Studio, you will be responsible for assisting in managing our client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role is ideal for a fresher with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the media production industry. Your primary duties will include:

• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their requirements and address their inquiries.
• Assisting in managing client accounts, maintaining updated records in our CRM software, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinating with our production team to ensure timely delivery of projects and addressing any client concerns promptly.
• Supporting marketing initiatives by assisting in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and newsletters.
• Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Providing administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus).
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
