We are looking for CRM Executive to perform daily tasks that will support team which include managing day to day reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer databases within the CRM system.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
Regularly update records and resolve any discrepancies.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers.
Utilize CRM tools to create targeted communication campaigns.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and engagement.
Recommend and implement improvements based on performance metrics.
Implement strategies for collecting customer feedback.
Use feedback to make continuous improvements to products, services, and customer interactions
