Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Management Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
Understand customer needs and expectations to provide personalized service and support.
Issue Resolution:
Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products or services to effectively address customer inquiries.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Generate and analyze reports on customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualification & Skills - Bachelor\'s degree
Proven experience in customer service or relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy.
