CRM EXECUTIVE

SALARY - 25K UPTO

LOCATION - INDORE

ONLY FEMALE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Understand customer needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions and upsell additional products or services.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience.
• Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales performance.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports on account status, progress, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
• Handle 10-member team.
• Maintain MIS Report & Work on Sales Data, Quality Data, Replacement Data
• Working on Advance Excel, Power BI.
