Position : Real Estate CRM Executive
Location : Navi Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 2 Years in CRM Management
Responsibilities:
• CRM Management : Maintain and update CRM system for lead and customer tracking.
• Lead Handling : Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Data Entry & Reporting : Ensure accurate data entry and generate performance reports.
• Customer Interaction : Respond to inquiries and manage customer relationships.
• Sales Support : Assist sales teams with necessary information and insights.
• Collaboration : Work with marketing to support lead generation and customer engagement.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement CRM process enhancements.
Requirements:
• Experience : 2+ years of CRM experience (real estate preferred).
• CRM Knowledge : Proficient in CRM software .
• Communication : Strong verbal and written skills.
• Real Estate Knowledge : Understanding of real estate sales processes is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
