• Candidate Engagement: Support the recruitment process and keep candidates updated on job opportunities.
• Database Management: Maintain and update both client and candidate databases, ensuring accuracy.
• Reporting & Analysis: Help prepare insightful reports and analyze trends to boost CRM strategies.
• Collaborative Growth: Work across departments to ensure client expectations are exceeded and goals are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Strengths: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
