Customer Relationship Management Executive

Roles:

A Customer Relationship Management Executive you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with valued customers. As a key liaison between construction sites and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and concerns during construction.
• Keep regular, clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and contracts.
• Arrange site visits to showcase progress and address inquiries.
• Educate customers on process and timelines.
• Identify upselling opportunities for enhanced experience.

Requirement:

• Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices is a plus.

Experience: - Experience 2-3 years in customer relationship management or a similar role and Fresher can also apply.

Salary: - 25,000 - 30,000

Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
