Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling and other channels.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in CRM or sales.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
