Job Description
Position Vacant: Executive / Sr. Executive - CRM,
No of Vacancies: 1 No (female),
Required Qualification: Graduation / MBA in Sales & Marketing,
Required Experience: 5 to 6 years,
Salary Budget: 25 k to 30 k p.m.,
Reporting to: Manager - CRM,
Required by Date: Immediately.
:
1. Maintaining good relationship with existing business Customers.
2. Follow up & Co-ordination with OEM Customers being related order, dispatch, payment etc in the form of mail or calling or through whatsapp.
3. Proper coordination with internal departments for the timely delivery of FG to Customers.
4. Maintenance of proper database being related to Customer queries, complaints, feedback.
5. Other such activities as and when required.
