We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer inquiries, bookings, and support for our luxury short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled in handling both calls and chats efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
Manage bookings, payments, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Provide prompt and professional issue resolution while maintaining high customer service standards.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer details and interactions.
Handle escalations effectively and ensure guest concerns are resolved professionally.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high call/chat volumes.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage escalations efficiently.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
Shifts Available:
5:00 AM - 10:00 AM
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work on Sundays is required, with a compensatory off every two weeks.

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
