• Manage and maintain our CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM processes with business objectives.
• Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and loyalty.
• Provide support in automating processes like onboarding, reporting, and communication.
• Generate insights and reports for senior management to support decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Real Estate Experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
