We are looking for enthusiastic CRM Executives to generate sales either by cold calling
or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for
influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to
understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet
their needs.
Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Cold call people using a given lead.
\xef\x82\xb7 Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Use scripts to provide information about product\xe2\x80\x99s features, prices, etc. and
present their benefits.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their
needs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Record the customer\xe2\x80\x99s personal information accurately in a computer system.
\xef\x82\xb7 Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
\xef\x82\xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the
phone.
\xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and
telephone systems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in English.
\xef\x82\xb7 Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
\xef\x82\xb7 Persistent and results-oriented.
Attractive fixed salary component plus performance based variable incentive. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
