: CRM Executive - Billing and Invoice

Salary: 35K to 45 K



Key Responsibilities:



Billing & Invoicing

: Generate, verify, and issue accurate invoices for customers based on services provided . Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and receipts to customers. Address billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment-related issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate tracking of payments, balances, and credit notes. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to billing and invoicing. Monitor and report outstanding payments and overdue invoices. Discuss special rate or pricing with HOD'S

Customer Relationship Management

: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all billing and invoicing-related inquiries. Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions, including billing information and payment history. Send out reminders to customers regarding upcoming or overdue payments. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Data Management

: Maintain accurate records of customer billing details, invoicing history, and payment status. Regularly update CRM systems with the latest customer billing information. Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on billing activities and payments.

Collaboration & Coordination

: Work closely with the sales team, customer service team, and finance department to ensure smooth handling of customer accounts. Ensure that all orders, services, and invoices are processed according to company policies and standards. Address customer complaints and resolve billing disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Skills & Qualifications:



Educational Qualification

: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in CRM, billing, invoicing, or customer service, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Skills

: Strong understanding of billing systems and invoicing software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
