Job Tittle: CRM- Executive Company Name: Divine Homes Location: Hyderabad (Osman Nagar) Experience: 1 to 2 Years Salary: Negotiable Job Type: Full Time We seeking for a candidate who is responsible for engaging with clients after the completion of sales to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to facilitate additional services and referrals. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide post sales services, assist clients in completing all necessary post sales documentation and ensure all legal and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate with bank and assist client in loan documentation and process.
- Ensure client satisfaction with their purchases, address and resolve any post sale concerns or issues.
- Gather client feedback to improve future sales strategies and overall customer service.
- Offer and manage additional services such as home improvement, interior design referrals or property management services.
- Maintain detailed records of post-sale interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and post sales activity.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline.
- Proven work experience in post-sales, preferably in real estate or banking (Home loan).
- Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
- Detail-oriented with a capability for problem solving.
