Coordinate with bank and assist client in loan documentation and process.
Ensure client satisfaction with their purchases, address and resolve any post sale concerns or issues.
Gather client feedback to improve future sales strategies and overall customer service.
Offer and manage additional services such as home improvement, interior design referrals or property management services.
Maintain detailed records of post-sale interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and post sales activity.
You will be a good fit, if you have
Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
Proven work experience in post-sales, preferably in real estate or banking (Home loan).
Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
Detail-oriented with a capability for problem solving.
