We are a leading chain of Dental Hospitals based out of Hyderabad and are looking to hire a CRM associate to help with running it and maintaining our CRM . The following are the responsibilities of this role but are not limited.
- Monitory leads flow and follow up with new leads.
- Call leads and prospective customers and book appointments.
- Be the go to person for all things CRM
- Work with CRM systems and tools to ensure flawless delivery for all Customer Segments at all times.
- Making sure campaigns have been thoroughly tested before presented to customers.
- Working closely with Central team to make sure deadlines are met.
- Measure campaign performance and feedback results into the CRM.
- Apply A/B testing approach to accelerate learnings and implement key learnings.
- Ensuring that Customer Journeys are flawless, all hyperlinks work and there are no errors.
- Together with the Marketing team maintaining the site to ensure we highlight the most relevant events / offers for easy navigation for customers.
