Job Summary
We seek a proactive and organized CRM Executive to manage all after-sales activities and client data management for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and meticulous handling of customer data. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service while managing post-sale documentation, data, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
After-Sales Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-purchase.
Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues related to property documentation, payments, and possession.
Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their property, including construction progress, possession timelines, and project milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, and operations) to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Documentation and Compliance
Manage and oversee all post-sale documentation, including agreements for sale, allotment letters, payment receipts, possession letters, and sale deeds.
Assist clients in understanding and completing property registration processes.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, maintaining transparency in all transactions.
Payment Management
Track and follow up on pending payments from clients as per the payment schedule.
Generate demand letters and payment receipts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Handle payment-related queries and discrepancies.
Data Management
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of client information, including contact details, payment history, and documentation status.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
Customer Relationship Enhancement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Property Handover and Post-Possession Support
Coordinate property handover processes, including site visits and final walkthroughs.
Liaise with facility management teams to resolve post-possession concerns.
Provide clients with maintenance agreements, warranty details, and other necessary information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in the real estate sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with real estate documentation and compliance processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate or construction-related industries.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and property registration processes.
Strong analytical skills for generating reports and tracking performance metrics.
