We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized

CRM Executive

to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for implementing customer-focused strategies, improving customer engagement, enhancing retention, and ensuring that customer data is effectively captured and leveraged.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention. Manage customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records. Analyze customer data and behavior to create targeted marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design and implement automated email campaigns and customer journeys. Monitor and report on key CRM metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and lifetime value. Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to tailor communications and promotions. Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities to enhance the CRM process. Stay updated on CRM trends and technology to improve strategies and processes.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar role in marketing and customer relationship management. Strong knowledge of CRM software tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:



Familiarity with customer analytics tools. Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and retention strategies. Experience in email marketing, automation, and segmentation.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
