Roles and Responsibilities :
• Must have good communication over both English.
• Must have good working on Excel and MS office.
• Must have good skills on drafting.
• Answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries, resolve complaints.
• An efficient Customer Service Executive must make sure that the complaints made by customers are genuine and then must try to resolve them or propose a solution which helps the customer.
• Overseeing the customer service process.
