• Monitoring customer satisfaction : Identifying and addressing customer satisfaction issues
• Managing customer data : Updating and analyzing customer data to gain insights
• Designing and implementing CRM systems : Overseeing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of CRM software
• Creating marketing campaigns : Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention
• Providing consulting : Consulting other CRM users within the company
• Problem solving : Identifying and solving issues that could negatively affect the business
• Segmenting customers : Segmenting the company's customers and tailoring interactions based on customer needs and behaviors
