Job Summary:
As a Junior CRM Executive, you will support the Customer Relationship Management team in managing client relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assist in the development of customer loyalty initiatives, data management, and day-to-day CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Support & Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.Assist in resolving client issues efficiently and professionally.
2. CRM System Management
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system.Generate reports on customer interactions and key metrics.
3. Campaigns and Communication
Support the execution of customer engagement campaigns.Assist in creating and sending customer communications, such as newsletters or updates.Track and measure the performance of campaigns.
4. Feedback Collection & Reporting
Gather feedback from customers to improve services or products.Provide insights and recommendations based on customer data and interactions.
5. Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments like sales, marketing, and support to address customer needs.Assist senior CRM team members with projects and daily tasks.---Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Salary - As per industry norm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
