Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate between clients and the design/operations team for smooth project execution. The role involves handling client inquiries, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely project completion by coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, addressing concerns, maintaining a database of client communications, following up on leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in interior design or construction, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is preferred.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
