1. Understand the Sales Coordination with Production, and ensure deliverables are implemented.
• Calling existing and new clients for orders. Communicating about, offers, payments, and other matters with distributors/wholesalers.
• Sales Coordination, Product Coordination, Dispatches Coordination
• Work in coordination with new sales to follow up on old clients, track them, and solve their issues.
• Keep updating Sales Orders received, Projected Sales with contract new client orders received & government vendor orders received.
• Should be able to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close any given activity.
• Coordination between various departments.
8. Should be able to Communicate and work with Leadership
• Collaborates with various new Customers, the Sales team, and the Production Team on updates, delivery, and support.
• Ensure timely dispatches and updates customers from time to time on their orders, product status, dispatch, delivery status, and feedback.
• Address the issues/Complaints proactively
• Identify cost optimization opportunities
13. Weekly create a minimum of 6 new clients per week, it is not the target but you have to ability to achieve your goal.
14. Prepare work to list on every day & closing report.
