Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate HR service offerings.
Develop and implement brand and sales strategies to promote HR services.
Contact prospective clients via email or telephone to establish rapport and schedule meetings.
Organize client meetings and maintain updated calendars.
Update the CRM system with all inquiries and feedback.
Manage data using MS Office tools (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients, persuading them to utilize our services.
Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to build strong relationships.
Coordinate with management regarding daily positive inquiries/leads.
Conduct virtual meetings with clients when necessary.
