The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships by ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication. This role involves overseeing customer data, resolving inquiries, and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure resolution of customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to address customer needs effectively.
• Support the development of customer-centric strategies by providing insights based on feedback and data.
• Suggest enhancements to existing CRM processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and CRM tools to improve performance.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Personality Traits:
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
